The Why

For over 20 years I’ve led organizations as a General Manager, Vice President, and partner in companies. I’ve managed multimillion-dollar operations, overseen teams, and carried true ownership responsibility.

One lesson became clear: Inefficiency kills growth. Disconnected systems, manual work, and broken processes don’t just waste time — they drain energy, frustrate teams, and hold organizations back.
